The petitioner filed this petition challenging the notification dated 02.03.2007 wherein the second respondent called for application for the post of Noon Meal Organiser (female only) fixing the last date as 01.03.2007. In the aforesaid notification communial reservations were made and challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. This writ petition was admitted in the year 2007 and at the time of filing this writ petition, petitioner was aged about 40 years and by efflux of time, I do not find anything survives for further adjudication in this matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
However, dismissal of this writ petition will no way prejudice the petitioner to secure employment in future if she desires to do so.
