O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Proc.No.EDN/K/CM/F1-54/137/2004 dated 23.04.2004 and quash the same.

I heard Mr.R.Prem Narayanan for M/s.Sasikala Subramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.P.Godson Swaminathan appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. It is reported by the learned Special Government Pleader states that the petitioner's increment arrears amount has already been settled. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
