The learned counsel for the proposed respondents has stated no objection for allowing this application, without prejudice to the rights of the proposed respondents to raise objections with regard to maintainability of the main OP and also allegations levelled against the proposed respondents in the main OP. The said submission of the learned counsel for the proposed respondents is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed, without prejudice to 1/3

the rights of the proposed respondents to raise objections with regard to maintainability of the main OP as well as the allegations levelled against the respondents in the petition filed in support of the main OP.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to carry out amendment in terms of this order. The learned counsel for the proposed respondents submits that the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 1 to 3 in the main OP will be adopted by the proposed respondents. Post the matter on 28.07.2025.
