By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to receive the application of the petitioner dated 17.11.2015 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of Autorickshaw Permit and to consider the same.

This Court heard the submissions Mr. M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Without going into merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner, consider the same and pass appropriate orders for grant of autorickshaw permit, on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken by him, to the petitioner herein. 5.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
