2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation Centre attached to this Court within a week and the delay of 22 days is condoned.

4. For further petition to restore the Criminal Revision Case, call on 18.10.2023.
