Heard Mr. S.N.Subramani, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Fourth Respondent to consider the representation dated 01.06.2022 made by the Petitioner for appointing him as a trustee for Arulmigu Seenivasa Perumal Koil at No. 87, Akkrapakkam Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District. 3.

It has been brought to notice by Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Fourth Respondent that a fit person has already been appointed for the said temple by proceedings in Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 2/4

3248/2018/A2 dated 01.03.2019 issued by the Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Tiruvallur and its copy has been produced. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
