ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 06.03.2024 dismissed the Crl.O.P.No.19421 of 2023 by directing the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chengalpet District to complete the proceedings in STC.No.91 of 2021within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu has addressed a letter dated

17.12.2024 to the Registry seeking extension of further six months time for disposal of STC.No.91 of 2021.

3. This Court perused the letter dated 17.12.2024 sent by the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing the STC.No.91 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order dated 06.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19421 of 2023.

4. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of six months for the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the abovesaid cases from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry. 19-02-2025 To State Rep By Chennai.
