The Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order dated 02.09.2021 made in C.M.P.No.1337 of 2017 in C.C.No.21 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal.

O R D E R

(This case has been heard through Video conference) This Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal in C.M.P.No.1337 of 2017 in C.C.No.21 of 2016 dated 02.09.2021, in dismissing the petition filed filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the dismissal of the discharge Application, the Trial Court had framed charges against the petitioner/accused and LW1 has already been examined as PW1 and Ex.P1 has been marked through him on 22.12.2021.

3. In view of the fact that the charges have been framed and the trial has also been commenced, this Revision stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds during trial. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
