1. The main writ petition has been filed with a plea for regularization, the writ petitioner having worked as temporary seasonal mazdoor for almost ten years. The respondent has filed counter affidavit and the pleadings are complete.

2. It is seen that the pleadings are complete and the main matter is ready for final disposal. Both the learned counsel agree to argue the main matter on 17.01.2017. Considering the averments made in the affidavit, an early date is fixed in the main writ petition and the same is 17.01.2017.

3. Post the main writ petition on 17.01.2017.
