PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus, to call for the records and quash the orders of 1st respondent vide letter dated 30.08.2013 and the 3rd respondent proceedings dated 02.09.2014 sanctioning pro-rata pension benefits only for the portion of services of 8 Years, 8months rendered under 3rd respondent and to grant the pension benefits for the entire period of 13 years 7 months for the pensionable services rendered under 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents to the petitioner.

It is informed that the respondents 2 and 3 have already calculated the petitioner's pensionary benefits and they would forward the same to the 4th respondent, to whom, the petitioner had

last work on deputation.

2. In view of the above submission, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to pay the said amount to the 4th respondent within a period of three weeks from today (ie.,16.12.2025). The 4th respondent shall disburse the said amount to the petitioner within a period of two weeks therefrom.
