ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in carrying on his business of grocery shop in Survey No.407/5A, Perumurai Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a commercial dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the commercial dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
