ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing respondent herein to execute the warrant issued against the accused in C.C.No.1062 of 2019 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I at Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner is a complainant in C.C.No.1062 of 2019, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I, Allikulam, Chennai. After serving summons to the accused, the accused failed to appear before the Trial Court. Therefore, the Trial Court issued Non Bailable Warrant as against the accused and it is pending on the file of the first respondent from 02.03.2024.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued as against the accused in C.C.No.1062 of 2019 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I at Allikulam, Chennai, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the accused and co-operate during the execution of Non-Bailable

Warrant issued as against the accused.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
