Rule 2(5)/00451/2010 dated 02.03.2011 and directing the respondents to pay Rs.5,40,000/- and deposit Rs.1,65,000/- with interest.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post W.P.No.31491 of 2013 on 29.08.2019.
