ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 02.06.2016 passed by the first respondent, cancelling the allotment order dated 29.09.2008, allotting Plot No.26, to an extent of 1.65 acres in Industrial Estate, Pudukottai, in favour of the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court stating that the cause of action for filing this writ petition arise only before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and it alone https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has the jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition especially when the allotment of plot was made in Industrial Estate, Pudukottai, which is situate outside the jurisdiction of this Court. He has also made an endorsement in the Court Bundle.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the writ petition before the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court, Madurai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner.
