This application has been filed for interim measure for appointing a receiver to seize the vehicle.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that pending application, the Receiver has been appointed and the Award has also been passed. Hence, he prays for one month time to execute the award.

3. In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this application. The applicant is at liberty to file the Execution Petition and execute the award within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
