manner cancelling the building planning permission and/or approval granted to the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in R.S.No.104/1 (new R.S.No.292/2) measuring 1316 sq.ft situated in Sajajananda Ngar, within Udayakudi Town Panchayat, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District, pursuant to the show cause notice bearing Na.Ka.No.A2/252/2023, dated 06.07.2023 issued to the petitioner and to further direct the 4th respondent to await the adjudication in the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner before the District Revenue Officer, Cuddalore against the order dated 12.06.2023 of the 2nd respondent.

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 4th respondent from in any manner cancelling the building planning permission granted to the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in R.S.No.104/1 (new R.S.No.292/2) measuring 1316 Sq.ft situated in Sagajananda Nagar within Udayarkudi Town Panchayat, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent on written instruction of the Executive Officer of the 4th respondent submits that no action for the cancellation of the building plan will be taken pending disposal of the appeal before the District Revenue Officer. She also produced a copy of the letter in Na.Ka.No.A2/296/2022, dated 23.08.2023.

3. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent as well as the letter of Executive Officer/4th respondent, dated 23.08.2023 are recorded and the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
