The present application has been filed to recognize the Applicant K.Ramanaiah as the Agent of the Defendant Mrs.K.Anusuya pursuant to Power of Attorney dated 25/06/2025, adjudicated in Doc.No.100/2025 on the file of SRO, Konnur, Chennai and permit the Applicant to so act on her behalf and to appear and conduct the suit C.S.No.408 of 2018 on her behalf.

2. Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.
