Prayer in WP.No.24819 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an inquiry by himself or by an Officer appointed by him with regard to the functioning of the SMC at Arasampattu Panchayat Union Elementary School, Arasampattu in the presence of the petitioner and thereby to initiate appropriate proceedings both departmental and criminal against the culprits for which the petitioner has made a representation dated 23.06.2019 along with one G.Velayutham.
