AND M.JOTHIRAMAN, J.

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) In continuation of the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.89 of 2024 dated 01.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5237 of 2021, the present miscellaneous petition has been instituted to relax the bail condition. 2.

The condition imposed to the petitioner is that she must appear before the Theevattipatty Police Station, Salem twice in a month i.e., 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month until further orders. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the condition is punctually complied with by the petitioner for the past about 10 months, which is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Since the petitioner is complying with the conditions already imposed to appear before the Police Authorities twice in a month, we are inclined to relax the condition to the extent that the petitioner shall appear https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
