Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of exemption from surrendering the petitioner before the trial court in pursuance of judgment dated 10.05.2021 made in Spl.S.C.No.15 of 2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode pending disposal of the above Criminal A.No.599 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant an order of exemption from surrendering the petitioner before the Trial Court in pursuance of judgment dated 10.05.2021 made in Spl.S.C.No.15 of 2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had surrendered before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode on 17.12.2021 vide Crl.M.P.No.784 of 2021 and now he is confined at Sub Jail, Gobichettipalayam.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
