This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to Register the FIR on the complaint dated 09.04.2019 made by the petitioner, investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with law, and submit final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
