C.M.P.No.18065 of 2019 in A.S.No.621 of 2018 C.M.P.No.18065 of 2019 in A.S.No.621 of 2018 R.SUBBIAH, J and T.KRISHNAVALLI, J The Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the interim order dated 10.10.2018.

2. This Court, under order dated 10.10.2018, granted interim stay subject to petitioner/appellant therein depositing 50% of the total compensation amount along with proportionate solatium and interest to the credit of L.A.O.P.No.75 of 2007 on the file of learned Additional Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu, within a period of eight weeks from the date of that order. However, the order of this Court has not been complied with till date.

3. Today, learned counsel for second respondent submits that the second respondent/The Special Tahsildar (LA), SIPCOT, Siruseri Scheme at Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur Taluk, who is the beneficiary, has submitted a representation stating that the amount has to be deposited by the petitioner viz., The Chairman & Managing Director, SIPCOT Ltd., 19-A Rukmani Lakshmipathy Road, Egmore, Chennai - 8. Petitioner was put on notice about the interim order R.SUBBIAH, J http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

C.M.P.No.18065 of 2019 in A.S.No.621 of 2018 and T.KRISHNAVALLI, J gm only in July 2019. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court extends time to comply with the interim order dated 10.10.2018 by six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
