PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2018 within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction the respondents to consider representation dated 17.11.2018 of the petitioner within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the property bearing Survey No.395/2, measuring an extent of 1.75 acres Kurudampalayam Village, North Taluk, Coimbatore, is the ancestral property of the petitioner herein. By way of Registered Will executed by one Pappammal W/o. Late Nanjappa Pillai dated 14.11.1971, the said property was inherited in favour the mother of the petitioner. The mother of the petitioner died on 29.09.21992 intestate leaving behind her two sons and one daughter. They are in joint possession and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enjoyment of the said property. While being so, the petitioner along with his brother and sister has applied for the patta in their name for the aforesaid property on 17.11.2018 to the respondents herein.
No steps have been taken on his representation dated 17.11.2018 by the respondents herein. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this Writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.11.2018 made by the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that now the application for patta can be applied only through on-line. Hence, the petitioner can apply patta by way of on-line in the website of the Tamilnadu Government having entered related details of the property in the column of the on-line application.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to apply for patta through on-line application in the Website of Tamilnadu Government. The same shall be considered by the authorities concerned and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any. There shall be no order as to costs. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-III) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar Lbm To:
