Defendants PRAYER : Suit filed under Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C. to pass a judgment and decree directing the defendants to jointly and severally pay the plaintiffs a sum of Rs.1,75,07,538.24 along with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. for the services that the plaintiff provided them which the defendants have not paid for, from the date of institution of the suit till the date of realisation and for costs. 1/3

O R D E R

Plaintiff and the defendants have entered into a compromise stating that some respectable persons and well wishers of both the parties have amicably settled the dispute between the parties out of the Court and both the parties without any pressure and willingly accepts the settlement and the same is acted upon. Memo of compromise filed by the plaintiff is recorded.

2. The suit is decreed in terms of the Compromise memo. The memo of compromise shall form part of this order. If the defendants failed to act as per the compromise memo, the amount agreed to be paid by the defendants shall carry interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of institution of the suit till the date of realisation.
