Colony road (Via) Manalmedu Km 0/0-1/170 H/o. Kathirampatti" with Road Code No.R96, as sanctioned under the proceedings of 1st

respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2350/2015/Aa11 dated 04.08.2015 under Tamil Nadu Rural Road Improvement Scheme 2015-2016. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar For Respondents : Mr.V.Manoharan Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to complete the project of road strengthening of road "Km 3/2 of Nasiyanur Kambuliampatti Road to KM 2/0 of Rayapalaym, A.D.Colony road (Via) Manalmedu Km 0/0-1/170 H/o. Kathirampatti" with Road Code No.R96, as sanctioned under the proceedings of 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.2350/2015/Aa11 dated 04.08.2015 under Tamil Nadu Rural Road Improvement Scheme 2015-2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the said work is yet to start. Since the writ petition was filed before this Court in W.P.No.36135 of 2015, subsequently, it was withdrawn on 27.01.2022.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the project of road strengthening of road "Km 3/2 of Nasiyanur Kambuliampatti Road to KM 2/0 of Rayapalaym, A.D.Colony road (Via) Manalmedu Km 0/0-1/170 H/o. Kathirampatti" with Road Code No.R96, as sanctioned by the 1st respondent under Tamil Nadu Rural Road Improvement Scheme 2015-2016, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
