C.M.P.No.17285 of 2022 in A.S.No.802 of 2010 and C.M.P.No.17311 of 2022 in A.S.No.803 of 2010 have been filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. C.M.P.No.17281 of 2022 in A.S.No.802 of 2010 and C.M.P.No.17318 of 2022 in A.S.No.803 of 2010 have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st respondent.

3. C.M.P.No.17283 of 2022 in A.S.No.802 of 2010 and C.M.P.No.17277 of 2022 in A.S.No.803 of 2010 have been filed to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent as the proposed 4th respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant in both the appeals submits that he has no objection in allowing these miscellaneous petitions.

5. Perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and satisfied with the reasons stated therein, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. G.ARUL MURUGAN,J.
