ORDER

The wife, who is the respondent in HMOP No.326 of 2024 pending on the file of Family Court, Tirupur, is the petitioner herein, seeking transfer of the said proceedings to Subordinate Court, Pollachi.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer request made by the revision petitioner/wife.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a good ground for transfer of case.

4. In view of the above, Tr.C.M.P.No.828 of 2024 is allowed and HMOP No.326 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Tirupur and transferred to Subordinate Court, Pollachi.
