PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent to forthwith complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.10/AC/2019/CC-I., before the competent criminal Court within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation pending in the Crime No.10/AC/2019/CC-I, dated 03.07.2019 and file a final report.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 03.07.2019, no final report is filed till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that now investigation is in progress and the investigation is at penultimate stage and the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the respondent police is directed to file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
