17899 of 2021 and pass such further order or orders as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.GANESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17899 of 2021 on 27.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
