This petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of four weeks with regard to the conditions 5(i) imposed by this Court by order dated 09.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.10478/2025 in Crl.R.C.No.693/2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 26.08.2025 to comply the condition imposed by this Court in para 5(i) in Crl.M.P.No.10478/2025 in Crl.R.C.No.693/2025 dated 09.06.2025. Failing which, the suspension of sentence ordered shall stand automatically cancelled. The respondent is at liberty to secure the petitioners to undergo the remaining period of sentence in accordance with law.
