O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property in Survey No.825/1, Block 26, Ward B, Plot No. 57, in Bhavani, Erode District by considering his representation dated 25.07.2024.

2. The petitioner claiming right over the land situated in S.No.825/1 described above, submitted a representation on 25.07.2024 to the respondents seeking survey of the same. The same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024 for surveying of the land will be considered by the 4th respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 4th respondent to 2/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
