This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.86 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Sessions Judge, Special SC/ST Cases, Cuddalore.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Cases, Cuddalore. The learned Judge has sent a report stating that the first defendant has filed a petition in I.A.No.621 of 2023 to receive additional written statement and the same is pending and that the trial is yet to commence.

3. Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.86 of 2019 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
