Heard Mr. R.Pushpalatha, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. S.Prabhakaran, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. K.Vasanthamala, Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition relates to a claim for release of payment of Rs. 39,961/- from the Second Respondent as per sanction order in Na. Ka. No. A6/15/2014 dated 09.05.2018. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the said amount has been received by the Petitioner and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. 13.02.2024 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 19.03.2024.
