This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.07.2022 made in W.P.No.10950 of 2021. 1/3

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 21.07.2022 made in W.P.No.10950 of 2021 directed the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondent requesting for reimbursement of the testing charges incurred by their Members and issued direction to the respondent to dispose of the said representation, however, the said order was not complied with.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 21.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10950 of 2021, which is the subject matter of contempt was complied with vide order of the Chief Engineer (H), Construction & Maintenance, Guindy, Chennai dated 23.02.2023.

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
