ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 506 (i) of I.P.C. r/w.Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Cr.No.14 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant and after marriage the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have demanded dowry of Rs.10 Lakhs and 50 sovereigns of gold from the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.17312 and 20475 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petitions.

5.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.17312 and 20475 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.This criminal original petition is accordingly dismissed. -sd/- 15/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
