This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.140 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and abuse of process by allowing the present Criminal Original Petition. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that an alteration report has now been made ready to the effect that the petitioner and his sister are not involved in the incident and therefore their names are being deleted from the final report. 3.The respondent police is directed to file the alteration report before the concerned Court within a period of one week https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
