Mr.S.Jayachandran, Government Advocate COMMON ORDER All these Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation, dated 05.04.2023 followed by the reminder representation, dated 29.05.2023 sent by the petitioners, within the time limit as stipulated by this Court. 2.When these matters were taken for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on the representations of the petitioners, dated 29.05.2023, the 1st respondent has passed an order, dated 16.08.2023 and the same has been produced before this Court.
3.Since orders have been passed on the representations of the petitioners, the prayer sought for by the petitioner becomes infructuous and Page No.2 of 4
nothing survives in these Writ Petitions for adjudication. 4.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 16.08.2023, as per law. No costs.
