Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order of the third respondent made in TA/P&A/E1/1227/2010 dated 05.10.2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to enter the petitioner's date of birth as 29.06.1959 in his service records in accordance with Clause 6.6 of the Certified Standing Orders of the respondent-Corporation.
