Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the salary benefits to the petitioner for the period from 1.8.2005 to 31.5.2006.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to dispose of the salary benefits to the writ petitioner for the period from 1.8.2005 to 31.5.2006.

2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that the writ petitioner was appointed as a Middle School Teacher and promoted to the post of Primary School Headmaster and posted as Hostel Warden. The writ petitioner was allowed to retire from service on 30.6.2005 on attaining the age of superannuation. However, the salary for the services rendered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the writ petitioner for the period from 1.8.2005 to 31.5.2006 has not been paid to her. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 11.2.2009 and the same is yet to be disposed of.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 11.2.2009 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition.
