ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to disburse the belated payment of interest amount of Provident Fund, Gratuity and Earned Leave Salary amounts and other benefits Arrears of Leave surrender for the year 2009-2012 & 20162017, ERBS Pension amount, 12(3) Settlement arrears, VRS Compensation and 10 days salary with effect from 01.06.2020

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
