ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner. Mr.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel, who has entered appearance for respondent through caveat, takes notice.

3. We have heard on prayer for condonation of delay. Considering the short period of delay and also the cause shown, in the larger interest of justice, we are inclined to condone the delay. The delay is accordingly condoned and this application is allowed.
