The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to first respondent to furnish the copy of the complaint pending in C.No.235/16/ALGSC/NGT/2016 dated 21.11.2016 given by the second respondent viz., Sangeetha, wife of late Chandraboss.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of the complaint pending in C.No.235/16/ALGSC/NGT/2016 dated 21.11.2016 given by the second respondent, to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also received the same.
