ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.1612 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working in a TASMAC. On the date of occurrence, when the defacto complainant was on his way to bank to deposit the collection amount of Rs.9,12,350/-, the petitioner along with other accused, robbed the defacto complainant at knife point. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case and that he has been suffering incarceration for more than 15 days from 11.11.2021. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that there are 4 accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A4 and that a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has been seized from the petitioner. He would further submit that there are 4 previous cases against the petitioner.

5.On seeing the grave nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner and that investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
