This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 417 days in filing the appeal in CA.No. of 2025 filed passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Needhimandram (FTMC), Uthagamandalam, in Special CC.No.26 of 2023.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 417 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
