2. The learned counsel for the 6th respondent though submitted that the cause of action for filing these writ petition is different from the cause of action for filing the civil suit, which is now the subject matter of the first appeal Page No.3 of 7
pending on the file of the Madurai Bench of this Court, he has not raised any serious objection for granting liberty as prayed for by the learned counel for the petitioner.
3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective contentions.
4. No prejudice will also be caused to any of the parties, if these writ petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the cause of action for filing these writ petitions depending upon the decision to be rendered by the Madurai Bench of this Court in the first appeal filed by the petitioner in A.S.(MD)No.219 of 2024.
5. In terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
