This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 14.09.2021 for the transfer of patta (sub division) within the time limit.

2. This Court by order dated 20.09.2022, directed the learned Additional 1/3

Government Pleader to get instructions with regard to the grant of patta, if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption, "for issuance of patta". When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has been complied with and a patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
