ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body and person of the petitioner's minor daughter Muthulakshmi, aged 17 years, before this Court and hand over the minor daughter/detenue to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has already been produced before Judicial Magistrate III, Tirupur on 01.10.2019. By the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Tirupur, the detenue was directed to be housed in a Home.
3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
