This petition is filed seeking amendment of the prayer to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent impounding the document under Section 33 of Stamp Act.

2. Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the order dated 22.01.2024 passed by 3rd respondent is only inter-departmental communication and therefore, this petition cannot be entertained to challenge the same.

3. A perusal of the copy of the order filed along with amendment application would suggest, the order passed by 3rd respondent dated 22.01.2024 was communicated to the petitioner. Therefore, I am inclined to allow the amendment prayer subject to the right of the respondents to raise all their objections in the main writ petition.
