ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to quash the communication dated 22.02.2010 issued by the respondent, whereby, the application submitted by the petitioner seeking KSK operatorship at Mazhavanthangal, Villupuram District, was rejected, due to discrepancy found in the land document produced by him. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the claim of the petitioner would be considered by the respondent, if the petitioner is able to produce the required documents, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the respondent with a fresh representation enclosing all the required documents with regard to his claim, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such approach, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
