O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to dispose of her application dated 01.07.2024 seeking correction of UDR records pertains to the lands comprised in Survey Nos.810/2, 810/6, 810/8, 811/3 and 924/7B situated at Echanahalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the patta and A-Register prior to UDR updation stood in the name petitioner's father Munusamy and during UDR updation, the 5th respondent's name was wrongly included in the revenue records. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 01.07.2024 seeking deletion of 5th respondent's name and restoration of revenue records in the name of her father Munusamy. The said representation has not been considered by the 2nd respondent till date. Therefore, she is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is 2/4

taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 will be considered by the 2nd respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit, after issuing necessary notice to the 5th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
